DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that freight cost options on our website are for New Zealand only. If you are ordering from overseas you will be notified of the freight costs when we confirm your order. We use courier delivery for all our orders, our contractor is Fastway Couriers throughout all of New Zealand.

Credit Card Purchases
If the items ordered are currently in stock we will dispatch them same day and you can expect delivery next day in the North Island and the following day in the South Island. For rural delivery addresses there may be an additional days delay if the courier and rural delivery operator do not connect at the right times.

Internet Banking
We will dispatch your order once the deposit appears in our Bank Account which is usually overnight. Please ensure you use a name and order number reference to help us identify the payment. Our account details: Horse World National Bank 06 0493 0136693 00

Cheque Payment
If you wish to send a cheque, that is fine but your order will be delayed until the cheque has cleared. Sorry for any inconvenience relating to this but we have to be cautious. Our address is: Horse World, 135 Lower Cameron Street, Whangarei 0110.

In all cases if we need to order stock to fill your order we are dependant on our supplier’s delivery times. You can expect that your order will be dispatched by us to you within three working days. If for any reason there will be a delay in you receiving your order we will be in contact with you to discuss any issues. We will endeavour to contact you by email in the first instance and then by contact phone if possible.

Freight Charges
The freight charges are automatically generated based on the weight of the order and the destination. We charge freight at our cost and do not add additional handling or packaging charges. We deliver all our orders by courier ensuring there is a proof of delivery and track and trace.
