Returns Policy
Please make sure that you carefully select your products, as we can not offer refunds if you simply change your mind. All consumers are protected by manufacturer’s warranties and consumer protection laws. If for any reason your product fails, please notify us immediately.
If you order an item and it does not fit as you like, there is no problem to return the item to us for an exchange of size, or a store credit providing it is returned in its original packaging in as new condition. We will not issue refunds unless an item is faulty and unable to be replaced. Please also note that we are unable to exchange or refund on saddles under any circumstances once they have left the shop, unless of course they are faulty.

Any extra freight charges associated with exchanging products is to be charged to you, the customer. When Returning an item please phone or email us in advance to advise us of the return. A return number will be issued to you. This return number must be attached to the item being returned. Returns without a return number will not necessarily be processed.
